I was very lucky to find the set for very little money. I am sure the shop didn't see that it was sterling because of the rhinestones. It's a combination that is not too common.
The brooch and earrings are in excellent condition and sparkle like the day they were made.
Thanks for looking:)
A great buy! The mark is not obvious, but I found it.
Beautiful snowflake set, great find
Efesgirl, I know you would find the mark. You have an eye for it, otherwise your wouldn't find all the treasures you post here - LOL
Thanks for your comment:)
Nice find!
Hi
I know exactly what you found here, as I found one from the same designer very nice quality brooch, I am still looking for some more.
Beautiful example you post here, very nice.

Hi Allan, thanks for your comment. I think that some Canadian jewellery manufacturers are not appreciated enough. I hope that this will change in the future.

Hi
Gudrun.
You are most welcome......
Kind of agree with you, but i will better use the term "Not Known ", it's up to us(Canadian Jewelry collectors) to make them known, we have a good start, i guess, don't you think, :-D
Take a really good care and good hunting.
Alan
Sounds good to me, Alan. I will keep looking for "Not Known" Canadian pieces and spread the word:)
Judging by your latest posts, your hunting has been very successful, Allen. May I ask in what general area of Ontario you live? I am in Brampton and here, as well as during my occasional trips to Mississauga and Toronto, my hunting has not been too rewarding. Most of the good stuff is now way too expensive, sometimes upwards $30 for lousy costume jewellery and $50+ for simple silver. No fun!

Good Evening Gudrun.
Sorry for the late reply, -;(
I am in the GTA, but more in 20 km radius from the Simcoe Lake, surrounding by Sutton, Keswick, Newmarket and Aurora, sometime i go to Richmond Hill.
Same for me regarding higher price, they look on Internet and most likely the exact retail value on the tag, so agree no fun, the only one don't look all the time online is SA, so if you have some in your area,.....it's worth the visit.
Alan
Thanks for your reply, Alan. We seem to be on on the opposite sides of Toronto - well, I am a bit south of you, too. My son used to live in Barrie but moved back to Brampton because the commute to Mississauga was insane. I could have told him so - but he wouldn't have listened. The 400 market was one of my favorite places to visit on the drive to Barrie, but I haven't been there in a long time.
Here in Brampton even the SA is checking the Internet. I see them on the computer all the time. I only get lucky if they miss a mark or if they cannot find it. But I like a challenge.
You have good taste and an eye for special items. That helps in the hunt to uncover that special item.
Keep hunting and posting.
Gudrun
This is a charming set! And while I see Jay Flex pieces from time to time, I don't think I've ever seen examples of AB finish before. Lovely find.
