old glass stopper for a RIEGER perfume bottle

I think I picked this up 'loose' at an estate sale (for relative pennies) somewhere or other a few yrs ago but don't really remember for sure. I was sorta hoping it'd fit another old glass bottle I already have (it didn't) but oh well, here it still is...?? ;-)

Pictured with a US quarter coin for size reference, it is a little pressed/ground glass thing barely a couple inches long, with the RIEGER name in raised lettering on one side of its handle. Quick googling suggests it once fit an old/antique perfume bottle, lots of pics of similar (but not a lot of handy age-ing info) shows up right away.

There is an internal crack within the 'stopper' end of it.
