    Here we have I believe A Commemorative Medal for the 200th anniversary town of Oxford Mass made by Whitehead and Hoag Company W.&H.Co NEWARK N.J. Miss Clara Barton's image was used on the Medal in honor of the 200th Anniversary of the town of Oxford Mass. I believe it's age to be 1913.

      You've got it. Looks to be a souvenir of the 200th anniversary of the town's founding and from 1913.

      I cannot see the full ribbons, but they don't look long enough to suspend the drop and with no pin back-- I think there are missing pieces.

      Whitehead and Hoag Co. was one of the largest dealers in pins/ buttons/ souvenir items of this time period.
