Vintage MOTOCONFORT Road Bike, has English tag from factory, very light, painted gussets, stitched tires, original seat

I have been refurbishing bikes for over 30 years and have never come across a bike like this. Has to be very vintage, very light, painted gussets, stitched tires with tubes enclosed (never seen that before), original aluminum tag from the factory in England, original seat (expanded with the heat I assume), stem shifters, says MOTOCONFORT which I assume is now Motobycane. Not even sure what to do with it as I donate most of my bikes to charity. I tried to contact Mike at American Pickers but his email box is unbelievably full. Would like to know if anyone out there has seen anything like this before.
