VINTAGE J.C.HIGGINS BIKE( SEARS ROEBOCK)

Hi, I was recently shopping at my local thrift store and came across this J.C. HIGGINS SEARS ROEBOCK BIke I see no serial number or model number I know nothing about this bike and would like to know more about this bike like when it was made it has some replacement parts witch I think have be replaced like the very cool looking spring books seat witch is made in England also has a very cool front basket with wood slats by waldsports I believe this bike to be a ladies bike thanks for reading/viewing .
