Thanks to the information in the post by Fortapache, I was able to id this as the 'Princess Wildflower' doll from the Johnny West Best of the West series, released in 1974. This is missing many accessories, hopefully I can pick them up over time. I love the papoose with the baby!

Love it !!! I still have pieces of my Best of the West pieces from when I was a kid. Is this yours, or did you find it? I think I have 3 baggies here of small pieces for my things...LOL

I bought this antiquerose, I now have a granddaughter so I'm putting stuff/toys together for her - hoping to turn her into a collector!
