    Hi CW Gang ~

Now I just won this the other day at a silent auction. I am assuming it to be Bohemian Royal Art Glass as it does have some sparkles in areas, I tried to photograph them. Is this a bowl? Or is it suppose to have a lid? Not sure, but I like it anyways and got for pretty cheap as most bidders ignored it....LOL. Any info on this is Welcomed

Thanks for LOOKING // LOVING !!

I agree that this is Royal which means - Franz Welz.
It probably had a lid,but more experienced collectors will know better.

Thanks Ivonne for your info. I wondered that but it also did not show any wear there either I was not sure. Anyways, Considering this was in a simple silent auction right here over-the-pond, I still grabbed it. I love it still.

@Ivonne - Again Thank you Ivonne for your quick reply and your information!! I think I still have some space in my China Cabinet for it.....but getting too full......LOL

@PhilDMorris - Thanks Phil. Yes, looks like lots of workmanship to me. I would hate to see what it would look like IF I tried to make one.....OMG .....FAIL .... lol

@jscott0363- Thank you so much for your beautiful comment !! Amazing pieces aren't they JS?

@welzebub - Thank you Craig so much! Do have another example of one with a Lid? You are TEACHER, I am GRASSHOPPER.....

I do not have an image of one with a lid. It is also possible that something like this was a berry bowl, or something similar.

Wow! Lots of detail on this! Very nice acquisition.

@Craig - so are you saying this might have had a lid, or Not - and just a Bowl ?? Very interesting !!
    10. welzebub welzebub, 6 years ago
I suspect that it may have been a bowl, and possibly part of a set. I have seen this form several times, but never with a lid. Not to say it did not have one, just saying I have never seen one with a lid on it.
