This is a child mannequin created by Fusion Specialty Creations exclusively for Disney. Fusion manufactured several boy and girl mannequins for Disney to be displayed in their Disney Stores across the country. I was fortunate enough to come across one for sale, and she is adorable! The story (quoted from Fusion Website) is pictured. I couldn't resist purchasing such a unique mannequin holding two pretty balloons, and have never come across anything like her before. The creators from this wonderful company also created the mannequins that were used in the famous "Old Navy" commercials, as well as many other companies.

Hi just bought a Fusion Specialties girl mannequin on eBay that looks very similar.
Could she be one of the ones made for Disney?
You can see her if you Google images "Child Girl Mannequin Fusion Specialties" eBay. Thanks for any info.

Thanks! She has s bit of damage to her rear calf and some snuffed paint but I am an artist, photographer, doll collector and have repaired vintage mannequins before. Nothing major. I knew she looked special as soon as I saw her.. I have a good eye for such things. Again thanks!

      Just got the mannequin.
Much less damage than I thought. A bit of paint touch up.
She came without a stand. Would a std angled mannequin stand work, or does it need a special stand? Thanks

japonaliya: Glad it just needs light touch up! I think a standard mannequin stand should work fine, you can see mine fairly clear in the picture. The part that inserts into the leg is square on mine, but even it you find a stand with rounded metal, you just may need to file it a bit.

Thanks so much. Getting set go touch up. Just some white paint to remove here and there, just spots, and a bit of putty and paint on the bottom of heel. Sound more than it is..
Found a a really nice vintage Woodland fairy costume costume for her like the famous Barker "flower fairies" Maybe I'll post here when she is finished.
