I'm no longer actively collecting, but am searching for a specific item so have been going to a few thrift shops. I've managed to walk away from some pretty interesting pieces, but I still have a weak spot for Fenton Art Glass and couldn't set this back on the shelf. I did not see one of these in the CW archives.

This vase is 11" tall with an interesting combination of finishes. The foot, top and bottom, and interior are glossy. The exterior body of the vase has a mix of finishes. There is a fine cross hatch of lines running from the base of the body almost to the top. The crosshatch is close and uniform until about a third of the way up from the bottom and then starts spreading into horizontal, silver lines which run to the top of the vase where they become chaotic. The rim is uneven and rough. A long, high pitched bell like tone results when the rim is flicked. The overall finish of the body, including the fillet, is matte. The vase is hand painted by Fenton artist V. (Vicki) L. Anderson. The decoration appears to be Rainier cherries. It was produced between 2000 and 2009, according to the raised impression on the bottom.

There is a nearly identical, though smaller, vase currently on ebay, painted by the same artist. A card accompanied that vase which describes "Stretch Glass". The seller describes it as "Fenton Glass Napkin Vase Hand Painted Iridized Stretch Glass Amethyst". Close enough.
