I picked this up at a flea market years ago in Pennsylvania and I have never found any info on it. I just know it's brass and made in Italy, and that I love it!
If anyone can help me learn more about it, I would really appreciate it.

Ms.CrystalShip.... I have tried to find info on the marks but keep coming up with nothing. Google image search is no help, but has come up with some very amusing things it seems to think match!
