In search of help identifying the maker and era of this chair

Super unique polished brass? Brass plated? Gold. Arm?lounge? Chair.
The Back and seat are two separate pieces attached with the spiral hinge? Seat will adjust make to the back “recline” Very cool lines. Does not have any makers marks/labels. I have searched for hours and hours and not found another one like it!
