Service award

This is a golden employee service award pendant with two sapphire gemstones.
I would like to find out the company this represents, what the ship stands for, or if it’s a ship at all!? How many years of service was it for, and I’d like to know an approximate age of the pendant. This has been driving me crazy for the last three days now. I have been doing endless research on it, I have found numerous pins/pendants/brooches that look almost identical except for the logos.
