I was told this was stenciled milk glass ... but I'm not sure. It's at least 80 years old. Probably originated in Missouri or Oregon. Can anyone enlighten me? It's about eight inches deep, about ten inches wide. any hint is appreciated!

Almost like slag glass. The tips of the leaves look like they may be opalescent!~

a side view showing the profile and a shot of the bottom might help. definitely looks like opalescent glass with a plume motif.
