Here's the latest addition to my restaurantware collection (from Goodwill for a couple bucks) because -- hey -- who can't use yet one more nice heavy oval platter? ;-) Plus, its kinda nifty decoration pattern is tan/gold colored, which goes right along with most of the rest of my little stacks of mis-matched patterns that otherwise 'go together' anyway...?? <lol>

It measures about 12-1/2" x 8-1/2", marked with a SHENANGO CHINA U.S.A. logo. Without knowing for sure, I'm guessing it is a later example of their production, maybe 1970's or so. (?) Also suggesting 'later production', it doesn't now show much of any abnormal scratching/wear.
THANKS SO MUCH to aura, fortapache, jscott0363, & mikelv85 for stopping by and sharing the <love it>s!! :-) :-) :-) :-)
