these were a gift from the people that I got the lamps just post French crystal

I don't know anything about these they were a gift I know that they are from France I now see that the top unscrews from them it's brass I see that bear cut glass underneath where the brass attaches with some sort of putty I greatly appreciate any help with these any guidance I think they're absolutely beautiful and they're very very heavy without the brass due to the fact that sadly the pu accidentally I'm taking to be repaired it weighs 28 Oz without any brass on at the Crystal Part weighs 28 ounces sadly the putty came undone from one of them taking it to be repaired again I greatly appreciate any insight if you have any idea where these are from or what style they are
