    It's found near river side which it's quite heavy approx 2kg, half feet less long with golden shining.

      Probably iron pyrite, but can't tell by pictures.

      Actually I have tested with magnetic also and it doesn't attracts by magnet. If it's iron contain it should be attracted by the magnet. Pyrite contains iron should be attract by magnet.

      Pyrite is very weakly attracted to magnetism, so your experiment is probably not accurate.
