This belonged to my Mom. She got it from one of her aunts...she’s 86 and doesn’t remember which one or why she got it.
There is no maker’s mark on any piece, but all the pieces are marked Sterling. Not .925. There are no dark stones and it literally glides through your fingers. Some of these pieces are very stiff.
I am at a loss as to date. I’m guessing 1950’s. But the earrings are for pierced ears. Maybe they were converted or it’s a 1960’s or later piece? As for manufacturer, guess I’ll never know.
Ms.CrystalShip: thank you for suggesting Kramer. I had wondered about Kramer myself, but did not know how much they made in Sterling settings. As for the stones, I continue to be amazed every time the box is opened and pray nothing has happened. They are kept in an an old Deltah pearl box. Seem to be content that way so won’t mess with what has worked!
Thank yo so much for stopping by to see my bling! I hope my photo skills improve in the future!
