    I have tried for many months to find out who might have made this figurine. The detail is fabulous and so lifelike....Any info would certainly be appreciated.....Thank you...

      The short, natural hair suggests 1920s. France or Germany. Try Google's picture search function. That might give a hit.

      Her hair looks short from picture #2, but in picture #1, it shows her hair is twisted into several revolutions creating a bun so her hair would have to be extremely long.
