    A mystery piece that I acquired a few years ago - in my opinion it has an Asian (likely Japanese) look - but the markings have me stumped. It appears to read "HOPE" and "No. 6" - there also appears to be a faint inscribed symbol - possibly a Kanji character? It measures about 7" across. Welcome opinions/suggestions. thanks
