    Not sure what this Knife is ? Very unusual locking latch and a very long narrow blade !

      And you Dad would be very welcome , we have 11 members now that fill there time in ( health and weather permitting) going to boot sales , we meet up while there wives do there weekly shopping in the Asda , every Thursday:) and we do have a good old laugh to :)

      Hello Bigship, I have one of these that my dad gave me. I believe it came from his dad, who served in both of the world wars, but don't know that it came from there. But it looks a bit French. Have you managed to obtain any more information on it? btw. mine has mother of pearl on the handle, and still has a point (yours in quite rounded), otherwise the ferrule, locking mechanism, shape, pins, and every other aspect are the same.

      MrRobWell , thank you for this comment and no we haven’t had much interest in this one I am afraid:( was hoping UncleRon might know but all quiet.im sure the old guy Bod 87 years of age who it belongs too is holding on until he gets conclusion then he’s passing over to the other side., so the goat keeps telling us haha maybe we ought to leave him hanging for a few years ....he is a Gem..thank you

      In the mean time it's a really nice fruit knife, if you can remember it's still in your pocket, it's so small sometimes you forget you're carrying it.
