I have one just like it, the space behind the seat suggests it was a "Dude Wagon" (I think your tailgate is missing?) by Murray. Nice grab, outdoors is okay but I'd still keep it on the porch under the roof.
Don't get it restored. I like it the way it is!
I think I would move it to the porch to. It looks ok now but a few years out in the weather another collectable gone to parts. PLUS the big benifit you won't have to weed eat around it.
