Frenchtick…
(1 item)
I found this silver spoon at an estate sale. . I cannot seem to find anything about it. Any thoughts. Has small dents which I assume are hammering marks when it made. The mark is an "S" inside a diamond. And it says Prussian Silver which is worn or stamped poorly. It seems to me that a lower quality spoon like this is surprising it survived being melted.
As far as I know Prussian silver flatware was made of low quality coin silver around .750 to .800
