I think the lamp is German. It has some of the elements of my Bismarck lamp. It has a Prima Rund Brenner burner. It may be original to the lamp. I do not know if the lamp manufacturer and the burner manufacturer are the same. Measures 14" to the top of the burner and is 5 .5 " at it's widest point. I think it dates to 1890 to 1920. I don't know if the portrait is significant.
If anyone knows anything about this lamp it would be appreciated.
