I found this brooch the same day as my Stick pin, shape like a crown, that depicted a ribbon made in sterling silver, the rhinestone 1 Clear and 2 Green are in group of 3 time 7, 2 shape like rain drop in the top center also clear and green, mark under F.S Sterling, what i discover is the F.S stand for Fine Sterling, corrected me if i am wrong, but i don't believe F.S is the designer.
This brooch is 1.50 inches wide.
