Can anyone give us some info about this? Saw it and couldn’t pass it up at antique store. The weird part it doesn’t have any type of foot on the bottom just a knob that tips the bowl side to side???? Thanks
Thanks for any help on the piece is it complete or does it sit on top of another piece?
