Most marked "Made in England for Keller Charles Philadelphia". All between 2"-3" x 2"-3". Not rare, apparently, many on ebay for sale. I think I paid $.25-$.50 each for mine in the mid-2000s. They have been sitting on top of a door frame since. Haven't done any research to identify a maker.
