    I have this Lapel badge which looks Scouting but have been assured its not.
    The legend at the bottom is in Latin.
    "Vitam Impendere Vero" meaning, roughly, "To devote one's life to truth."
    Pierre Cohan 1st Prefect May 1930 and is silver

    does anybody have an clue??

      The fleur de lys over a Lancastrian Rose also known as a Yorkshire Rose is Interesting. There’s a gold version on the net that you may have seen.
