NEVR-DULL The Original Magic Wadding Polish
For Cleaning And Polishing All Metals
    Manufactured By
    The George Basch Co.
    Freeport, N.Y. 11520
    Made In U.S.A.
    Beware of Imitations
    1941
It still has some original wadding inside.
The other day I was going to clean & polish a pair of old handcuffs & decided to see if I could buy a new can, since I have had this one from back in the day, and I found some.
The only thing that has become "DULL" is the new packageing !!!
"The old Tin had a lot more character"

hahaha you are so right! No color at all in the new one. I have a couple of the old ones around here too but had no idea they were actually that old. Nice to know.

I too have a similar old can of Nevr-Dull hanging around here someplace...need to find it again, it *is* way-good stuff!! (and also, best as I recall, doesn't really tend to lose its functionality, no matter how old it is??!! <applause>)

I remember being introduced to the product in the early 1980's or so, by a buddy who was also a USArmyReserve member at the time -- he swore by the stuff to "polish the brass" on his uniform. ;-) :-)
