I went to one of my favorite thrifts, had not been there in a month. This is the thrift where I buy my vintage brooches. I was having a bad day and decided to go. The sales associate said, "I've been waiting on you". She went to the back and came out with a box of brooches and I went crazy! I was so excited and even better, I paid $17! It certainly made my day. Some are KJL, Nolan Miller, Christian Dior, MMA, and Swavorski and some do not have labels.
What a brilliant haul, it must have made your day!

It did make my day Adele and Mrstyndall. It was my first Saturday off in a month and I was exhausted. I made myself go to at least one store and I guess the chose well.

Thanks for the love Crystal, Newfld, Valentino, and Alan. I do appreciate that she did this for me. When I do go I always look for brooches, most of the time there is nothing special so we just chat and then I leave. She told me that another lady comes into the store and that she loves brooches as well. She put some out for her and held some back for me. Oh and Alan, I visit my thrift store when I get off work almost everyday; I stay for an hour and go home. Ms. Crystal it was a great day. This has never happened to me before, it felt nice to be thought of.
