I was only 10 when the governor of Kentucky shook my hand, (I was so impressed) Edward (Ned) Breathitt. This is a signed program for a road project in Irvine, Kentucky, called Flying Dirt! I love it. Flying Dirt, hilarious. My dad saved this item in his old Foot Locker. I am now in possession of the old Foot Locker.
