A friend of mine has to get rid of this stove they have owned for years. I would appreciate any info on it that could steer us in the right direction :) Thank you.

It *is* a cool old stove, and also looks remarkably complete esp. with its timer & matching s/p set?!! That clear glass jug is its 'fuel tank' I suppose??
We have one or two 'old stove people' hanging around CW I think, but you'll probably get more info quicker by searching for other more closely related "vintage appliance" websites, what with the info on its label(s)...? Good luck, and welcome to CW too! :-)
Fully admitting I've never seen a "kerosene stove" before though I like old stoves in general -- it finally occurred to me what looks 'off' about this one -- there are NO KNOBS on it to control oven(s) or burner(s) or anything...??
How would THAT work...??
AnythingObscure back in the late 40's and 50's it was quite common to convert wood burning cook stoves to kerosene. Wood stoves only have air control usually on the left side, so the kerosene refit was simply light the wick and it was on or off. Others you controlled the heat by adjusting the fuel flow. My grandmother had a very nice converted Glenwood which my sister now has and it still works.
