This is another purchase from a private estate. It is an, amazing 1970s Victoria Royal Ltd. beaded, brocade evening (cocktail) dress. Made in British Crown Colony of Hong Kong - where some of the best tailoring and bead work was performed for design houses.
It has quite a bit of heft to it!
