Thanks Broochman for the wonderful compliments, this is one set I was just delighted to find, Napier made so many great vintage pieces but it is really hard to get an older set in good shape, really appreciate your kind words as always
Glad you enjoyed this set Rose and thank you so much for the lovely compliments!
Wow Thomas I never knew about the religious connection to the egg, and here I am a graduate of Lutheran grade and high schools where we had chapel once weekly, I ought to know that! You always have the greatest comments my friend, thank you so much for sharing this and have a happy & most blessed Easter :)
Happy Easter to you as well MrsT, thank you for your warm wishes & kind comment
Mani I'm so happy you enjoyed this Easter egg jewelry, it is one of my fave sets too I love the pastel stones
Phil you can't beat the top designers for their careful prong setting, right, it's why they wear so well all these years later - thank you so much for the super comment & praise
These are so pretty all together, and the colours on them are so pastel and Eastery- they DO look sweet, like really sugary sweet eggs, the sort that are decorated with crunchy icing on the outside and chocolate on the inside, or sorta like a Faberge egg bedecked with jewels?!
Thanks Lauren for the super comment, I agree the brooch could be modeled on either a candy egg or fancy Faberge jeweled egg, love your wonderful insight and makes the jewelry all the more interesting to me! Happy Easter to you and yours
Eileen thank you for the marvelous info on the Napier museums, I only know this was an astonishing find for me as it is featured in the huge Napier "bible" book and except for my Miami set, I have very little luck finding classic pieces. Truly glad you loved it & always grateful for the kind compliments, & we can thank Thomas for showing us "the reason for the season", Happy Easter my friend
Many thanks for the thoughtful love
