I found this in a thrift store - It’s definitely metal - brass? - and appearance to be Asian or Indian. Other than that I know nothing. Complete novice here. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like it’s cloisonné work. Amazing find.
WOW! This is a very ornate gilded metal and cloisonne Tibetan wine pot, made in China. The cloisonne application is a little crude, you can see the enamel colors flowing over the wires in several areas when heated in a kiln.
Size? Marks? Looks old, 1930 possibly. It;s unusual to see cloisonne om these they are usually bronze, brass or copper.
