I thought it was a Schafer and Vater but not so sure now. I cannot find another one like it. Any clues that someone could give me would be greatly appreciated! UPDATE: 10" Tall, no marks on bottom.

It looks like an Italian made piece. He seems rather unhappy.
LOL Yes he certainly does. I think it looks like the French Pierrot clown but those seemed more sad than angry.
I believe it originally had some shot glasses but they were not with him. Maybe THATS why he's angry. LOL
If perhaps you were a dirty old man like me......it would be obvious this is a she not a he. Maybe a different avenue to research?
Hmmmm… Noted!
<LOLOL> @ fhrjr2!! Whadda they call that...a 'cameltoe'...?? ;-) ;-) :-) :-) :-)
LISADVW, more pics/info would be useful, you can add up to 3 more pics to this showing. How big is it, how does its top/cap work, are there any marks on it, what's the back look like...and welcome to CW, too! :-)
AnythingObscure simply an obvious observation........although a camel toe is fitting in some audiences. Needless to say I had to research the term to reply.
Thank you AnythingObscure!
OOOPS fhrjr2...sorry 'bout that, I didn't mean any offense to anybody and didn't quite realize it wasn't now a common term. (that itself a sorta sad commentary on current society mebbe...?) Anyways, I hope that google search wasn't too scary...it probably brought up at least a few pics from here...? ;-) :-)

Thanks so much LISADVW for the additional pics/info! :-) What a FUN piece it is, which indeed does look like it mighta used to hold a few shot glasses too. I'm nobody's expert on such things (a few others around here are pretty good though?!) but the one observation I could offer is that the 'font style' of the numbering on its base strikes me as German...?
Thank you for that. The reason I thought it was Schafer and Vater is because they have many odd and comical faces on decanters and they are from Germany.
You're very welcome FWIW, quite frankly I don't think I know of S&V (German names anyway?) and didn't even google it which woulda probably told me that immediately. <sigh> Still, I bet someone else around here might have an actual *useful* clue to share?! :-)
It's a mans face, I wouldn't think the mold maker would include a camel toes expecting everyone to know it's a woman. There are no apparent breasts either.
