I am sure you read the rules and help screens but may have missed this:
your photos. After the shoot, be sure to rotate your photos if needed so they appear right-side up. Yes empire shape, but looks 'new', so a replica.
I am not sure I would call it a replica based on how it looks in three limited pictures. I have gate leg tables that look new but they were made late 1800's and another early 1900's. I would prefer to have seen a side view of a drawer, a view of the opening the drawer goes into and views of both the back, top and bottom. While you are limited to 4 photo's you can always add another post with 4 more.
Concur with fhrjr2-- I don't think it looks new.
A photo of the drawer joint and back would be good to view.
