I'm wondering if anyone could tell me more about it, like the year it was made or whatever information might be interesting. This machine belonged to my mother, the only thing I know is that my father bought it for her when they married in 1959. The serial number is 7299621, but I can't find model number. Thanks very much in advance for your help. I'm writing from Spain.

Your machine is a Singer Model 185 made between 1959-1963.
You can read more about them at the ISMACs website noted above.
It’s a Beauty! Congratulations as they are prized when found!
