This tall clear vase with rib optic, and an applied crown of pinched bands, attached with hand formed green glass to the vase rim. My latest acquisition in this Kralik style. One of the series of vases that never got much attention from Czech collectors, and one that I believe is by Kralik.
You see image 2, shows a pink translucent ribbed glass optic vase, with cobalt blue trim and handles.
Image 3 shows a pink and green translucent fan vase, with the tall clear and green glass ribbed one.
Image 4 demonstrates, the variations in decor, shapes and colors used, where some common elements apply to all.
Not enough room to show the BB ad, which is in another of my posts. The one optic decor I am missing is the chevron, which a member has in purple. Time is of the essence when assembling a grouping such as this, as the more you can find the more solid your identification is.
As an aside, years ago I called Kralik, 'the great pretenders' as they were the most likely to make their own versions of glass items, first produced by many high quality Bohemian glass houses, Loetz being the most important.
Having many glass pieces as examples we can point to in a 40 year period, I don't see why such a fuss is made because one scalloped fan vase or two, were also produced by Kralik but in their own style of fabrication, glass, and colors. If the reason is that many more were produced by someone else, that does not infer nobody else made them. You can't prove otherwise, either way. That is my logic.

The BB ad, which was the starting point for this grouping. There are images of more decors in these shapes and optics, but not able to post them here. You can see them on my website under Kralik.
