Hi, I have no idea what this table is. What was it used for? It has a drawer and is on wheels? What era is this? Thank you so much!

It has casters. Do you know what era this is? I have searched the internet and find nothing like it.

Any ideas about what era this is? Very ornate. Nicely made, brass casters and embellishments. Any info would be so appreciated....
