      I was going to ask about seeing the other side also. Possibly fell off a hat pin.

      I found half a dozen hat pins with similar heads. The pin on most was mounted in the bottom where her neck would be, others the pin attached to the back of the head. What set me in this direction for identification is the fact that the hat on this items head is the type hat that would have required a hat pin to keep it in place.
