A Victorian glass fairy lamp, with a dome made from Thomas Webb's Burmese glass.
It measures around 10 cm tall assembled. The clear pressed cup is marked inside Rd. No. 92571, & measures 3.5 cm tall, & 6 cm wide inside.
The dome measures 7 cm tall & 6 cm wide across the base.
It is a small size - see comparison with the three piece lamp in the fourth photo.
Following a little research into the registered design number on the clear cup, I've learned that the design was registered on January 30, 1888, by J. Stembridge of Holborn, London - Importer.
The registration was for a pattern decoration for a table lamp.
Their fairy lamp design was called the Bijou Illuminator.
Stembridge's firm did not apparently manufacture the lamps - rather, they were made to their designs by manufacturers in Europe, then imported to England. In this case, it seems the imported cup was put together with an English made Burmese dome.
Fairy lights often had their various parts made by different makers (they were often a mix of pressed or blown glass, as well as sometimes incorporating porcelain & metal fittings).
