Absolutely stunning torquoise and 9ct gold pocket watch key. Stole another one off of Ebay. This collection is proving quite difficult. Neil

That’s the most beautiful one I’ve seen! I can only imagine the watch and chains that were originally with it!
Cheers Watchsearcher. To find the watch and the chain would be brilliant. Do you know the best way to clean it. I do have an ultrasonic bath but I do worry about the turquoise. Neil
no no no no ultrasonic bath. a drop of dish soap in a bowl of warm water, a q tip, and a soft cloth. gentle gentle gentle gentle
Thanks Gillian not sure if I can do gentle gentle, but I'll try. Neil
don't submerge these beautiful articles in the warm water - dip q-tip in water, and wipe very gently between stones. if you can not do gently, gently don't clean them at all. take them to an antique dealer for advice, don't be talked into selling them!!
I should be ok cleaning them and no, I have no intention of selling them yet as I am on the collecting stage at the moment. Thanks for your advice. Neil

Thank you so much Neil, your collection is marvelous, as well as very interesting.
Thanks truthordare for the love and you're welcome Gillian.
Thank you much. I do like putting genuine antique items on CW although I do like the vintage and costume items as well. I do hope that the younger members or the new generation will keep looking and appreciate items that are over 100 years old otherwise CW will cease to exist. Neil
Cheers valentino97, blunderbuss2, for the loves. Neil
