Pottery with fox eating fish on top and multiple elfs doing different tasks on the body

has anyone seen anything like this or know who the maker is. I found it in a shed during a pick. On the cover is what i think is a fox or a fisher cat eating a fish, and on the body of the bowl is a lot of elfs or dorfs performing different tasks. very cool find.

I have the exact same one except mine has a glaze. Its signed by a betty vesterby '74. Looking at yours im sure she was the one who only added the glaze.
