      You have it sideways. It is T O, Tough Ombres, 90th Infantry Division
    2. scottvez scottvez, 5 years ago
      90th Infantry Division. The "T" and "O" in the patch actually stands for Texas and Oklahoma the states that the soldiers of the Division came from in WW1. "Tough Ombres" is a later nickname.
