    I have had this lamp for a few years but I don't know much about it. My uncle use to collect lamps and he said the shade was marble. I could use some help learning more about it.

      She must not have known too much. The shade is definitely not marble as marble is opague and will not let light go through it. Either slag glass or alabaster but cannot tell from the poor pictures.
