1960s Carnaby Street London OOAK Painted Bowler Hat

1960s Union Jack painted bowler hat was discovered in London where I acquired it from. Although the colors differ, the odds of finding two authentic 1960s Swingin MOD London hand painted Union Jack artifacts is quite a long shot. The Union Jack iconology was as popular with the Brits of the time as the American Flag was here. The manequin was from Los Angeles (likely from the Strip) and the bowler from London itself (likely Carnaby Street).
