    This painting was a gift from my sister who knew I loved it for many years. She got it from a friend, long gone. I am not sure where it was purchased or when. The signature seems to be "McElwees." I've also tried other names. I would love to know the painter and the name of the painting. I've searched for years. Thanks!

      I’m not seeing an “s” at end of the name. Looks like McElwee.

      Thank you Water - I've even tried McClives and McClures, but I am pretty sure it is McElwee.
