My first solid silver late 19th century Revolver. Hallmarked MM for Moss Morris, Lion passant, Leopards head for London and the date letter F. Exceptionally detailed piece with the revolver handle to open the pocket watch and the barrel to wind the watch. Wasn't cheap I paid £63.00 but I do believe it's worth a lot more. Thanks for looking. Neil
Kind of cute, but it doesn't really belong in clock parts.
Thanks Bruce kind of new that but CW will re- categorise it as they've done from pocket watches and tools and keys. On the plus side ,you may have not seen it otherwise. Neil
Another nice find.
Dave
Thank you Dave, I've got a Mori one on it's way. Do you know anything about Mori Skulls ? Neil
I've seen the skull watch fobs, but do not own one.
When you get it, you will need to have a skull pocket watch to go along with it.

I may have seen it if I was interested in watches and went to the right category Neil. In putting it in the wrong category, you've created work for someone else to clean up. I suppose you can correct the error yourself if you want to. I don't mean to make a big deal out of it. I just like to see things where they belong otherwise why even bother to have categories? I used to work part-time as a Library Assistant in my youth so perhaps that's part of it. Regards.
To Bruce the Librarian. As pocket watch keys has not got a category of its own and pocket watches also was recatogarised and keys and tools was also was not recognized it was a case of what category do you put it under and as it's not been recatogarised yet I may have got it right this time. It wasn't a case of getting it wrong or wasting people's time it was a case of trying to get it right. Neil
Well Neil, the Watch Enthusiast,
There are Watches and there are Clocks. I can tell you what it isn't. It isn't "Clock Parts and Tools". I could press the issue, but it's just not that important to me. Have fun with your collection.
Regards,
Bruce
You too, nice talking to you.
Dave, not really my style. Neil
Neil,
The ring on these keys were so you could attach them to you pocket watch chain, and therefore have it handy when your watch needed to be wound. It is in a sense, a watch fob. It would be appropriate to list them in Pocket Watches, sub category Watch Fobs.
I just like seeing them, wherever you put them.
Dave
