      That looks to be the Turner & Simpson mark, Birmingham-based silverworkers active from 1912 to 1979. The anchor and lion marks also denote Birmingham, England. I can't quite make out the boxes surrounding the marks, but I think they're for the 1925-1949 era. So, 1937 for the bangle. If I'm mistaken, it's 1962.
