My husband and I set up my collection of putz animals on our front lawn and he worked some photoshop magic to make it a night scene. I wanted to share it with my friends and family, so I then made Christmas Cards/ ornaments out of the photo. They are about 3" x 8" in size. I love them!
That is quite a wonderful display ! Awesome I love it .
Magnificent and delightful!!!!! Can you please tell us about the camel and the cows? Thanks! : )
miKKoChristmas11 ~ I am so glad that you enjoy my collection! It grows a little bit each year. I have acquired a peacock and peahen, two more goats and several sheep since this photo. The cows, and calves in front of the adults, that you see are all stamped "Germany" on the underbelly and are in beautiful condition. I find most of my animals in local antique shops, and some at online auction. This photo was a way to share my collection with others, and for my husband to try something new with his photography.
Thank you, Poirot115, for your kind comments! Bravo! May you never run out of animals. : ) It is very hard to find composition animals with glass eyes and stick legs that are in good condition. When I do find one, I can only admire them, not acquire them, as they are usually rather dear. But I love them. I love the German nativity animals, especially. I have an ox, a donkey, and three sheep. Here's a link to my German Nativity ensemble. Second link is to close-ups of the ox. I have close-ups of the donkey/mule and sheep in separate, dedicated show and tell listings too.

I also admire Hercule Poirot. I suppose his nativity would might have been similar to yours. : ) Best wishes for a joyous celebration of Epiphany! miKKo
